Inspiration and Idea
This collection is inspired from nature; the ugly, man-made side of nature and how man has affected nature and its beauty. Each design resembles a different type of environmental issue. Ranging from water levels rising due to melting of ice and icebergs in the Arctic and Antarctic regions because of global warming; along with the most basic form of pollution i.e. emission of greenhouse gasses also leading to the thinning of the ozone layer in certain parts which we call “ozone holes”; improper disposable of waste; forest fires, not only from excessive heat but also purposeful burning to further urbanisation; droughts; oil spills in the ocean killing and injuring aquatic life; tiger poaching and the showstopper, soil degradation leading to poisoned and unhealthy plant life.
